Sthil pole saw...chain will not turn

Found a HT 101 in decent shape at a pawn shop. However, the chain is not turning on the power head. Any one have experience with this saw? Trying to decide if I want to take a chance on buying it or not before I really know exactly what is wrong with it. Is the clutch or drive shaft very expensive?
